Tutorial Flashing Jelly Bean Custom Rom 4.1 for Galaxy Tab P-1000 - Google recently released the newest version of Android Jelly Bean or android version 4.1.1 with the Nexus 7 marked the launching Galaxy, Members of the CyanogenMod has been successfully ported to several Android devices. cdesai & THE TE4M xda developers that concern to the galaxy tab (mainly P1000) has been successfully ported CyanogenMod 10 (CM10) Jelly Bean to Gtab P1000 (and P1000N / L). If you want to try agan CM10 tasting Jelly Bean, please follow the following tutorial.

STEP A1

  1. Backup All Data (Application, Email, Contacts, etc. ..)
  2. It is recommended to use Titanium Backup Pro (Rooted Only)
  3. If It Do Nandroid Backup



STEP A2 (Installing Safe Stock ROM)

  1. Open Odin, Press Vol Down + Power buttons at the same time Gtab
  2. When you sign in "Download Mode", select the file PIT = gt_p1000_mr.pit
  3. Select the PDA select "Safe Stock V5 GB" / Gingerbread.XXJQI (Re-Make sure the Partition Diceklist)
  4. Select Phone and then enter the file modem.bin (Asia = JPZ)
  5. Click Start, The process will take 2-3 minutes, wait until there is a reading "PASS" instead of "FAIL"

STEP B (Installing CWM "ClockWordMod Recovery")

  1. Go back into the download mode "Power + Vol Down"
  2. Open Odin and select PDAs, Find the file "Overcome_Kernel_v4.0.0.tar"
  3. Then click Start, Gtab will Reboot, wait until it says "PASS"



FINAL STEP (Installing Custom ROM)

  1. Gtab turn off, then boot into Recovery CWM (press the Vol Up & Power Button)
  2. Login Menu Mount Storage, then select Format System, Data Format Format Cache & last.
  3. Wipe menu entry, do the Full wipe (Wipe Cache, Dalvik Wipe, Wipe Data / Factory reset)
  4. Install menu entry, select Install From SDCard, then locate the file ROM CM10
  5. Once completed CM10 Install ROM, do not always reboot, go back to the Install menu, then install gapps.zip
  6. reboot menu entry. DONE! Welcome To CM10 Android 4.1 Jelly Bean

How to Flashing?

  1. Install ClockworkMod Recovery. Instructions listed above
  2. Gtab off. into recovery by holding the power button + Volume UP (approximately 5 seconds)
  3. Backup ROM through NANDroid (if something goes wrong, can kembail ROM as before)
  4. Format the system, data and cache partitions.
  5. then factory reset.
  6. Flash CM 9, then factory reset again (if already installed, just straight-up)
  7. CM10 install wipe Dalvik cache
  8. GAPPS install wipe Dalvik cache
  9. Reboot

Upgrading from previous versions of CM10?

  • Backup ROM through NANDroid (if there is error, may return to normal ROM)
  • Flash CyanogenMod (Google Apps will terbackup terestore & automatic).

  1. Open Root Explorer
  2. build.prop created in / data
  3. write qemu.hw.mainkeys = 0
  4. Save, Reboot



How To Disable Keys Capasitive

  1. Open Root Explorer (file explorer or similar)
  2. / Sys/devices/platform/s3c2440-i2c.2/i2c-2/2-004a/buttons_enabled
  3. Change 1 to 0



Mount SD Card

  1. Open a terminal emulator
  2. Wrote:

su [enter]
